AIT Private 40 minute Lesson Fees

Additional Course Conditions

Schedule

Lessons can be scheduled to begin and end any time during our regular business hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00-21:00 
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, 9:00-18:00
For lessons that fall outside our regular business hours, please add ¥1,050 per hour.

Rescheduling

Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice by fax or E-mail, as long as the teacher and classroom are available.

Language Lab

Our interactive language lab helps you make faster progress by providing speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice outside your regularly scheduled lesson. You may add this option to any language course for ¥1,050 per hour. Fifty hours of language lab are provided free when you sign up for a 75-lesson course. The Language Lab is available by appointment during our regular business hours.

Tuition

Payment is required in advance for the first two months. Thereafter, payment for month three is due
by the end of month one, payment for month four by the end of month two, etc. Courses of two months or less must be paid in full in advance.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your course and wish to stop after the second time, you may switch to another course or receive a refund (See also Refunds and Cooling Off Period).

Refunds and Cooling Off Period

You may cancel a course contract without penalty within 8 days of signing it, except for lessons already taken or materials you wish to keep. After 8 days, a cancellation penalty of no more than ¥50,000 or 20% of the course contract (whichever is less) may be deducted from any unused prepaid tuition at the time of cancellation. Entry fees and the cost of materials are not refundable. If you need to stop during your course, you may transfer your remaining hours to another person.
